Pack 731 - Scouting for Food

Cubs, Leaders and Parents:

 

Our pack has been registered to participate in this years "Scouting for Food" drive.  We will be donating our contributions received to the Shiloh Methodist Church Food Pantry in Kennesaw on Cherokee Street. 

 

We will receive a barrel to make collections during the month of March, which I would suggest we have it at three different locations to collect food.  My first suggestion is at the Church, then I would like to have two other business locations where it can be placed for one week each.  If anyone has any ideas, please let me know.

 

Once I have more details and information, we will make flyers and bags available for the collection process.  Boys, be thinking of going to at least 15-20 homes in your neighborhoods to drop flyers and request contributions.

 

We will have our Denners make announcements at Church so all the ward members will know about it and participate in it as well.
