Attendees:      Kennesaw Ward Cub Committee (Brother & Sister Bassett, Sister Christensen, Brother Futral, Brother & Sister Penrod)

 

5:15 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Cub Committee Meeting -  Things to be discussed:

  • Opening Prayer – Ross Penrod
  • Reviewed Last Months Action Items
  • Pack Meeting
    • Assignments given for January 25th Pack Meeting (See Action Items)
    • Exhibits for Pack Meeting
  • Awards
  • Blue & Gold Banquet in February (Date might move to 4th Friday, February)
  • Judge Stedman – Try to visit on Cobb County Early Out Day, Tuesday, February 2, 2011
  • Field Trip (Newspaper)
  • Closing Prayer - Brother Bassett

Action Items Instructions:

·         Sister Christensen - Cheer Box Creation to bring to next pack meeting

·         Everyone – Attend Scout Round Table to learn more about your specific responsibilities.  Next Round Table will be Thursday, February 10, 2011 7:30-9:00pm

·         Awards – Lots to be given (Parents, please check and see if there is anything that you need to update to the Den Leaders regarding awards.)  Leaders, please forward an updated list of what everyone has earned.  This is what I have from the meeting.

o    Webelos will be receiving the following: Fitness, Citizenship, Ready Man  (If they have earned their Academic Belt Loop, they may have earned their Webelos award.)

o    Wolf/Bear Den has earned lots of belt loops and others items:

§  Belt loops: Heritage, weather

§  Religious Knott: Kory and Aaron
